Coordinates customer support and operational tasks throughout the Home Depot installation process, from job intake and inspections to service follow-up.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation process, follow up, and resolve job-related issues.
- Coordinate with branch partners and help manage escalations and job movement.
- Review paperwork, collect payments, schedule inspections and services, enter data, order materials, and process labor bills.
