Coordinates customer support and job operations throughout the installation process, from intake and inspections to follow-up service.
What you'll do
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation life cycle and resolve job-related questions and issues.
- Coordinate job progress with customers, installation teams, and internal and external branch partners.
- Manage open jobs, including reviewing paperwork, collecting payments, scheduling inspections and services, entering data, ordering materials, and processing labor bills.
