Oversees distribution center facility and equipment maintenance, develops associates, promotes safety, and uses operational reports to plan maintenance and improve performance.
What you'll do
- Coaches, trains, and develops associates, including providing performance feedback and supporting technical certifications.
- Oversees facility repairs, maintenance, and equipment installation; reviews contractor bids and ensures contractor compliance.
- Reviews maintenance, production, and quality reports to plan activities and recommend cost-effective, safety-compliant improvements.
