Oversees distribution center maintenance, equipment and facility operations, safety, and a team of associates to support productivity and continuous operations.
What you'll do
- Coaches, trains, and develops associates, including providing performance feedback and ensuring technical certifications.
- Oversees facility repairs, maintenance, and equipment installation; selects contractors and monitors their compliance with safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Reviews maintenance, production, and quality reports to plan activities and implement cost-effective, safety-compliant improvements.
