What you'll do

• Mentor, coach, and develop data scientists; manage team performance, talent, and resources.
• Prioritize and manage projects, align teams with business partners, and report findings and recommendations to leaders.
• Develop data science strategy and promote reusable, production-ready analytics solutions and best practices.

What they ask for

• At least 8 years of work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in a job-related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• 9+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics; previous people or project team management experience.
• Expertise in predictive modeling, data mining, data analysis, statistical techniques, and prescriptive modeling; query and visualization tools such as Google BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau.
