About the job
Leads a team supporting stores and owns the strategy, delivery, and improvement of in-aisle tools and store devices to increase product availability, selling, and productivity.
What you'll do
- Manage store operations projects and process improvements, including work plans, issues, and execution.
- Analyze business, consumer, and competitive data to develop insights and recommendations for stores and leadership.
- Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and build partnerships across stores, field leadership, engineering, and technology.
