About the job
Partners with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement organization development solutions, including organizational design, change management, adoption support, and organizational analysis.
What you'll do
- Leads small- to mid-scale OD projects and workstreams on larger organizational design initiatives.
- Conducts change impact assessments and develops communication and adoption materials, workshops, and learning coordination.
- Analyzes organizational data and stakeholder feedback to recommend future-state structures, processes, and other OD solutions.
