Leads SEC and other financial reporting, including periodic filings, earnings materials, cash flow statements, and reporting for executive leadership and the Board.
What you'll do
- Manage planning, preparation, quality, and timely filing of SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, registration statements, and other required reports.
- Oversee cash flow statements, Form 11-Ks, statutory filings, and internal management and Board reporting.
- Support technical accounting and staff development, and improve reporting processes through technology and process optimization.
