Completes a structured, hands-on training program to prepare for a Specialty Assistant Store Manager role, learning to lead merchandising departments and support store operations, customer service, sales, and profitability.
What you'll do
- Learn and perform Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening and closing duties, safety, and policy compliance.
- Support customer service, associate engagement, merchandise placement, inventory, and departmental sales and operations.
- Complete assigned management training, modules, and assessments, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, and resolving customer concerns.
