Completes a structured training program for an overnight store operations leadership role, learning to oversee freight, customer service, safety, sales, and overall store operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee overnight freight operations, including unload, pack out, and pack down, in collaboration with replenishment managers.
- Learn and perform Manager on Duty responsibilities, enforce store policies and safety procedures, and address customer concerns.
- Complete management training in staffing, scheduling, sales, inventory, associate performance, and store operations.
