Trains to manage overnight freight and store operations while developing the leadership skills needed for an Assistant Store Manager role.
What you'll do
- Oversee overnight freight operations, including unload, pack out, and pack down, in collaboration with Night Replenishment Managers.
- Support customer service, safety, store procedures, sales, inventory, and daily operations; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
- Complete structured management training, including staffing, performance management, and resolving customer and stock issues.
