About the job
Completes a structured training program to prepare for an Assistant Store Manager role, learning to lead overnight freight operations and support store operations, customer service, sales, and profitability.
What you'll do
- Oversee overnight freight activities, including unload, pack out, and pack down, in collaboration with Night Replenishment Managers.
- Learn and perform store-wide operations, safety, customer service, sales, and inventory responsibilities, including Manager on Duty duties.
- Complete management training and assessments covering staffing, scheduling, associate development, performance management, and customer issue resolution.
