About the job
Completes a structured training program to prepare for an Assistant Store Manager role, learning to lead overnight freight operations and support store operations, sales, customer service, and safety.
What you'll do
- Oversee overnight freight handling, including unload, pack out, and pack down, in collaboration with Night Replenishment Managers.
- Learn and perform Manager on Duty responsibilities while supporting customer service, sales, safety, and store policy compliance.
- Complete management training covering staffing, scheduling, inventory, associate performance, customer issues, and store operations.
