What you'll do
- Participate in structured management training, complete assigned modules and assessments, and learn staffing, scheduling, performance management, and customer issue resolution.
- Supervise associates and support customer experience, sales, merchandise placement, inventory management, and daily financial operations.
- Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities and support store procedures, safety compliance, process accuracy, and shrink mitigation.
