Executes merchandising strategy for the Pro Windows category by shaping assortment, pricing, supplier relationships, and fulfillment to serve Pro customers and grow wholesale distribution.
What you'll do
- Select and optimize Pro product assortment with merchandising partners, including for distribution and fulfillment centers.
- Set category financial strategy and pricing; negotiate with suppliers to improve product selection and pricing.
- Lead and mentor a Senior Analyst and coordinate with sales, merchandising, suppliers, and other partners on customer solutions and category initiatives.
