Leads the Pro area and store operations to improve customer service, sales, loyalty, and safety while coaching associates and performing Manager on Duty duties.
What you'll do
- Manage Pro customer flow, service standards, inventory availability, and Will Call and delivery accuracy.
- Coach associates, support staffing and training, and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing operations, lead readiness activities, and complete Manager on Duty responsibilities.
