What you'll do
- Oversee Pro customer flow, service, inventory availability, and the accuracy and timeliness of will calls and deliveries.
- Coach associates, support staffing and performance management, and enforce company and safety policies.
- Perform Manager on Duty opening and closing responsibilities, coordinate store readiness, and verify operational checklists.
