Leads the Pro area and store operations to improve customer service, sales, loyalty, team performance, safety, and operational readiness.
What you'll do
- Oversee Pro customer service, department readiness, inventory availability, and accurate, on-time will calls and deliveries.
- Coach and develop associates, support staffing and performance management, and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Perform Manager on Duty opening and closing duties, lead store readiness activities, and verify operational checklists and safety inspections.
