What you'll do
- Manage Pro customer flow, service standards, inventory availability, and Will Call and delivery accuracy.
- Coach associates, support staffing and performance management, and ensure compliance with company and safety policies.
- Perform Manager on Duty opening and closing operations, coordinate store readiness, and verify operational checklists and inspections.
