What you'll do
- Oversee Pro customer flow, service standards, inventory readiness, and accuracy of Will Calls and deliveries.
- Coach associates, support staffing and performance management, and enforce company and safety policies.
- Perform Manager on Duty opening and closing responsibilities, including store readiness, security, checklists, and operational coordination.
