What you'll do
- Oversee Pro customer service, inventory availability, order accuracy, and sales and loyalty initiatives.
- Coach associates, support staffing and performance management, and enforce company and safety policies.
- Lead opening and closing operations, store readiness, and Manager on Duty processes in accordance with SOPs.
