What you'll do
- Oversee Pro customer experience, inventory availability, order accuracy, and resolution of customer concerns.
- Coach associates, support hiring and training, manage staffing coverage, and enforce company policies and safety practices.
- Perform Manager on Duty opening and closing tasks, align store teams, and verify operational checklists and readiness.
