About the job
Delivers rental equipment to customers and store locations, secures and checks equipment, and demonstrates safe operation to customers and store associates.
What you'll do
- Drive commercial trucks and trailers for local rental equipment deliveries and pickups; load, unload, and secure equipment.
- Verify equipment is clean and operational before and after delivery, and provide basic operation training.
- Document work, complete equipment check-in/check-out, and maintain parts and fleet inventory records.
What they ask for
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL-A) and valid DOT Medical Card.
- At least 1 year of commercial motor vehicle driving experience within the previous 5 years, plus a clean MVR.
- Must be at least 21 and legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Current 2A Hoisting License or ability to obtain and/or maintain required licenses within 60 days of hire.
Nice to have
- One year operating a commercial motor vehicle with a flatbed trailer within the previous 5 years.
- Experience in equipment rental or basic knowledge of compact construction equipment.
Pay
