Manages and optimizes Salesforce or Anaplan for the Pro organization, supporting business workflows, reporting, user administration, and training.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business and cross-functional partners to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
- Customize and maintain the platform, user access, reports, dashboards, or models; assess new releases and their impacts.
- Develop user training materials and documentation, provide platform expertise, and coordinate training sessions.
