Leads analytical workstreams for store operations initiatives, turning data and operational needs into recommendations and process, product, and technology solutions.
What you'll do
- Gather and analyze data, identify root causes, and develop recommendations and project plans.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, and operations teams to define requirements, test solutions, and support implementation and adoption.
- Align stakeholders, measure initiative impact through dashboards and metrics, and present findings to leaders.
