Leads engineering talent and technology delivery for the Pro Quote Center Nonstock team, guiding technical direction and cross-functional execution of scalable software solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop software engineers; support hiring, performance reviews, and team growth.
- Guide delivery of secure, reliable, scalable software and uphold quality, change control, monitoring, and production support practices.
- Partner with Product, business, technology stakeholders, vendors, and other teams to align technical direction and execution.
