Completes a structured, hands-on training program to prepare to manage Specialty and Pro departments, lead store operations, and improve sales, customer service, and profitability.
What you'll do
- Train in retail management, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, associate performance, customer issues, and store policies.
- Support customer experience, sales, merchandise placement, inventory integrity, and daily financial operations.
- Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities and uphold store safety, hazmat, and operating procedures.
