Completes a structured training program to prepare for a Specialty Assistant Store Manager role, learning to lead store operations, customer service, sales, and Specialty and Pro business activities.
What you'll do
- Complete training modules and learn retail management tasks, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, performance management, and customer issue resolution.
