Completes hands-on management training to prepare to oversee Specialty, Pro, and Services operations, improve sales and customer service, and support store profitability.
What you'll do
- Complete management training and assessments covering store operations, staffing, sales, customer service, and company policies.
- Supervise associates, address customer concerns, and support sales, merchandise placement, and inventory management.
- Perform Manager on Duty and store operations responsibilities, including safety compliance and shrink mitigation.
