What you'll do
- Lead shrink initiatives from program design through rollout and sustainability, and deliver measurable results.
- Analyze shrink drivers, resolve escalations, and recommend solutions using data and root cause analysis.
- Improve shrink programs and reporting, leverage AI and automation, and enable field partners through cross-functional collaboration.
