Provides customer service and support by handling calls, emails, texts, complex or escalated inquiries, and coordinating with field personnel and vendors to resolve issues and complete jobs.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to inquiries from customers and field teams.
- Manage complex and escalated inquiries through phone, email, or text; monitor email boxes and help resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with field personnel, vendors, and customers to support job completion and use THD At Home Services systems and processes.
