About the job
Executes labor relations strategy for Temco locations by managing labor issues, advising leaders, and promoting positive associate relations and a union-free environment.
What you'll do
- Manage protected concerted activity, organized labor, and associate-relations issues; advise managers across the organization.
- Develop and deliver labor-relations training and assessment tools, and provide strategies to address associate concerns and reduce vulnerability risks.
- Monitor labor-related legal and regulatory changes, collaborate on employee-relations initiatives, and manage union election campaigns under the Director’s direction.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in a job-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Experience in union avoidance and labor strategy, labor-issues training, and NLRB election campaigns; strong communication skills and experience in a large, complex organization.
Nice to have
- JD or master’s degree; supply chain and/or distribution experience.
- Experience with Teamsters or UFCW.
Pay
$110,000.00 - $180,000.00 (base salary)
