Establishes learning strategies and plans for US Retail, Services, and Pro roles to address learner needs and improve associate competence and confidence.
What you'll do
- Assess learner needs and capabilities using job requirements, workplace observation, stakeholder input, and key metrics.
- Develop and maintain content-area strategies and job-role learning plans, recommending effective learning solutions to business partners.
- Coordinate with learning, technology, delivery, and business teams to execute plans, evaluate effectiveness, and gain stakeholder support.
