What you'll do
- Communicate store strategy and align with district leadership; analyze sales, financial, shrink, and safety performance to set improvement plans.
- Coach and develop store leaders and associates, establish store goals, and promote engagement and a safe, operationally excellent workplace.
- Monitor store execution through walks and follow-up, including merchandising, in-stock levels, pilot programs, and clearance processes.
