What you'll do
- Advises regional leaders on associate relations, labor trends, company policies, and responses to unionizing efforts and NLRB actions.
- Analyzes regional data and develops and follows up on action plans; supports resolution of employment claims and workplace violence matters.
- Conducts management training and supports investigations, compliance activities, employee surveys, and performance improvement plan reviews.
