About the job
Provides client service and consultation for employee benefits, managing benefit needs, renewals, contracts, plan changes, and related reporting.
What you'll do
- Resolve day-to-day client issues involving billing, claims, and eligibility; lead renewal and marketing processes, including RFP distribution.
- Review proposals and contracts, recommend options, and coordinate plan design, contract, and carrier changes.
- Maintain client benefit documents and Benefit Point records, and coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
