Leads the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of long-term power offtake transactions to support nuclear project development and financing.
What you'll do
- Develop power marketing strategies and originate offtake agreements across regulated and competitive markets.
- Own commercial relationships with strategic power purchasers and negotiate PPAs and other complex power transactions.
- Coordinate with development, finance, capital markets, and executive teams to align transactions with project and financing objectives.
