Lead the company’s recruiting efforts, hiring critical talent and building a talent acquisition function and processes as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Partner with executives and hiring leaders to set priorities, recruit for senior and hard-to-fill roles, and advise on talent markets and hiring timelines.
- Build the recruiting foundation, tools, workflows, and plan for scaling and leading the talent acquisition team.
- Source and close candidates, build external talent relationships, and coordinate offers, relocation, onboarding, and regulated-industry screening considerations.

Pay
USD $118,000 - $140,000 annually (base salary)
