What you'll do
- Advise on public-company corporate and securities matters, including SEC filings, disclosure controls, and stock exchange requirements.
- Lead and support M&A, strategic transactions, financings, and post-merger integration, including structuring and negotiating agreements.
- Advise on equity matters, commercial agreements, governance, executive compensation, global entity management, ESG, and legal and regulatory developments.
