Provides legal leadership for global data partnerships, structuring and negotiating data licensing and other commercial technology agreements, and advising teams on related legal risks.

- Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, particularly data licensing and data rights and usage.
- Advise cross-functional teams on data initiatives, complex legal matters, and risks involving licensing, intellectual property, data security, and privacy.
- Improve and scale legal processes, mentor attorneys, and communicate legal concepts clearly.
