Leads people advisory support for Product and Technology organizations, advising senior leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee matters while developing a People Advisory Partner.
What you'll do
- Own the people agenda for supported business groups and advise leaders on organizational structure, staffing, capacity, succession, and change.
- Coach managers on performance, feedback, career development, talent calibration, and difficult employee conversations.
- Coordinate with People Team partners and Employment Legal to deliver consistent support, address employee relations matters, and use data to improve decisions and processes.
