Supports Voleon’s business by negotiating commercial agreements and advising stakeholders, while handling a range of corporate legal matters.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, software, and data-related contracts.
- Advise stakeholders on commercial matters, business risks, and negotiations; manage negotiations through execution.
- Support corporate matters such as governance, entity structuring, intellectual property, trademarks, and real estate.

- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS or technology agreements, data-related agreements, and NDAs.
