About the job
Supports Voleon’s investment advisory compliance program by monitoring compliance activity, coordinating regulatory filings, and assisting with employee compliance, training, and regulatory readiness.
What you'll do
- Monitor trading and compliance reports and coordinate regulatory filings, including EU Short Reporting, Forms 13H and 13F, CFTC and NFA filings, and state Blue Sky filings.
- Help manage employee compliance, training, policy updates, and periodic compliance testing.
- Support supervisory committees, regulatory readiness, and responses to regulatory inquiries or examinations.
