About the job
Leads the design, development, integration, testing, and commissioning readiness of electrical systems for Thea Energy’s Eos integrated stellarator, managing teams across electrical distribution, power electronics, and embedded electronics.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization, including hiring, performance management, and team planning.
- Own plant electrical architecture and oversee development and integration of power converters, magnet power supplies, and embedded control and instrumentation electronics.
- Direct technical reviews, verification and testing, vendor and utility interfaces, and delivery of engineering documentation.
