Maintains Thea Energy’s facilities and building systems to provide a safe, organized, functional environment for engineering and research teams.
What you'll do
- Perform routine building repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, air filtration, and building automation systems.
- Support laboratory setup, coordinate contractors, and manage maintenance inventory.
- Conduct safety walkthroughs, maintain safety equipment, support chemical management, and respond to facility emergencies.
