What you'll do
- Triage and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; help configure and maintain devices.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, and maintain IT documentation and inventory.
- Support IT infrastructure projects such as system migrations, network upgrades, and security audits.
