About the job
Programs, sets up, operates, and maintains manual and 3-axis CNC machines to produce high-precision components for fusion-energy research and production.
What you'll do
- Machine and inspect precision components to engineering specifications, interpreting drawings and GD&T.
- Set up CNC tooling, fixtures, programs, and workflows for production and one-off parts; troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes while following safety procedures.
