Leads the design, fabrication, testing, and factory deployment of heavy custom tooling and handling equipment for fusion hardware, while supporting safe assembly and integration.
What you'll do
- Own tooling from conceptual design through procurement, fabrication, load testing, commissioning, and deployment.
- Develop lifting equipment, rigging procedures, work instructions, and plans for safely handling multi-ton hardware.
- Support assembly planning, integration, prototype builds, and hands-on factory or field operations.
