Leads an engineering team building and scaling reliable, performant ML infrastructure and product systems, while setting technical direction and contributing hands-on when needed.
What you'll do
- Lead, grow, hire, and mentor senior and staff-level engineers.
- Own architecture, system design, and long-term technical direction; contribute to design reviews, prototyping, and debugging.
- Partner with researchers and product teams to define roadmaps and prioritize work.
