About the job
Own full-cycle recruiting to build Thinking Machines Lab’s sales and go-to-market team for Tinker and its other product offerings.
What you'll do
- Recruit GTM roles from intake and sourcing through offer and close, partnering with leaders on role scope and hiring plans.
- Source and assess senior sales, solutions engineering, and customer-facing candidates; design structured interviews and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Track recruiting funnel health and time-to-hire, and improve processes, workflows, and sales-role compensation and leveling guidance.

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on sales and go-to-market roles.
- Track record of closing senior sales hires at high-growth tech companies or startups.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, including quotas, OTE and commission structures, sales cycles, and top-performer traits.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines from scratch; excellent judgment, communication, and senior stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting GTM teams at AI labs, developer platforms, API or infrastructure companies, or enterprise software companies, or building a GTM team from zero to one.
- Experience structuring sales interview processes; familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby and pipeline data.
Pay
$220,000 - $275,000 USD annual salary range (base salary)
